Silicon-28
Silicon-28: Natural silicon contains 4.7% ²⁹Si, whose nuclear spin noise causes decoherence of silicon-based spin qubits. Vangas high-abundance silicon-28 isotope gas features an isotopic abundance of ≥99.99 atom% and 5N/6N electronic-grade purity.
²⁸SiF₄ serves as an intermediate for concentration and fluorination processes, while ²⁸SiH₄ acts as a direct CVD precursor for epitaxial growth of isotopically pure silicon layers.
